Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions will apply to service bookings made by:

1. Service Booking and Voucher
Upon booking, Roma Transfer will send the booking details and information via email or fax. This confirmation document is your voucher, which must be retained and presented to the drivers performing the service. The voucher also includes any return reservations; it is important to retain it for as long as necessary.
Every booking is subject to the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. They are available on our website www.romatransfer.it and can be sent via email or fax upon request.
2. Booking Rules
The destinations and addresses on your voucher are intended to be the places where you wish to be dropped off and/or picked up. If you wish to change these or other details relating to the service, you may request this with sufficient advance notice, and in any case no later than 3 hours before the start of the service.
Please note that such requests may result in price changes and changes to the type of vehicle, which differ from what was agreed upon in the original booking.
In any case, please note that specific vehicle requests cannot always be accommodated; we will ensure transportation capacity and vehicle quality at least equal to those agreed upon.
3. Delay Notifications
In the event of a canceled flight or a delay of more than 30 minutes, the customer is required to notify our staff in one of the following ways upon departure so that we can optimally manage the service.

Failure to notify you of a delay or cancellation voids your right to the service. Our drivers will leave after 60 minutes of waiting after your scheduled flight lands, without hearing from you.
3. Cancellation of Booking
The customer may cancel the requested service by email or fax.
The booking will be considered canceled when Roma Transfer receives written notification at one of the following addresses:
Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 2 hours before the service begins.
4. Luggage
Each passenger may carry up to a maximum of 4 bags; any excess baggage, such as skis, snowboards, and bulky equipment, must be declared at the time of booking.
Loading bulky items that have not been declared, excess luggage, or luggage that is not in safe condition for transportation (broken, dirty, wet, etc.) is at the discretion of the drivers, and may incur additional charges.
5. Prohibitions
Roma Transfer reserves the right (through its drivers and reporting any abuse to law enforcement authorities) to refuse transportation to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who pose a danger to the driver and other passengers. Passengers are not permitted to drink alcohol and/or smoke in the vehicles used for transportation.
6. Limits of Liability
Passenger transportation is fully covered by the insurance that Roma Transfer has taken out for its vehicles with third parties. Passengers’ items, however, are entirely their responsibility. Roma Transfer cannot be held liable for loss or damage to items or luggage. Customers are advised to check their luggage upon departure.
Roma Transfer makes every reasonable effort to ensure its customers arrive at their pick-up and drop-off locations as scheduled.
Please note that Roma Transfer cannot be held liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

- Vehicle accidents
- Exceptional and severe weather conditions
- Police checks
- Act of vandalism or terrorism
- Traffic blockades
- Demonstrations and strikes
- Delays caused by other passengers
- Bookings made with incorrect details regarding dates, times, etc.
- Lack of information regarding departures and arrivals by the customer
If Roma Transfer is unable to perform the service, not due to force majeure but for other reasons, it will cover the cost of the service at its own expense, arranging transportation using taxis or other partner vehicles, or subsequently reimbursing the customer. Reimbursement for the missed service will not exceed the price already paid or agreed upon for the service itself.
The customer is required to report any disruptions directly attributable to our actions as soon as possible using the contact details above. We will take steps to promptly resolve any inconvenience or issue to the full satisfaction of the customer.
These conditions of transport and all related services comply with the laws governing the sale of services in Italy. Any dispute or controversy regarding the activities carried out between Roma Transfer and the customer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Fiumicino.
Roma Transfer reserves the right to change all or part of these conditions at any time without prior notice to customers, members, tour operators, or agencies.
